Orders are processed within 2 business days. 

We ship only within Unites States as of now.

Shipping cost is flat 5$ for purchases under 100$ and for free for purchases over 100$.

All orders are shipped via USPS and include both tracking and delivery confirmation.

Once your order is with the carrier, delivery is in their hands. While we are unable to guarantee arrival by a specific date, please know that all tracking updates reflect the same information available to us. If a delay occurs, we appreciate your patience — a delay does not mean your order is lost.

Any shipment marked as delivered by USPS is considered successfully delivered. If your package shows as delivered but has not been received, please contact USPS directly, as Fragrame is unable to assume responsibility for carrier-confirmed deliveries, and such claims do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

If your order arrives damaged, please send clear, detailed photos of all affected items and packaging within 24 hours of delivery so we can work toward a resolution. Please note that photo documentation is required, and we are unable to assist with claims submitted without photos or reported more than 48 hours after delivery.

Returns 

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accommodate returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including fragrance preference or orders placed in error — so we encourage you to review scent descriptions and double-check your selections before placing your order.

Our perfumes are petite and affordably priced, so if a scent isn't quite your match, it makes a wonderful gift for someone who might love it!
